    Another warm day but a little cloudy this morning. We woke up to the aroma of fresh coffee and ate with I and Klaas in the little alcove in the living room. We started with Homemade granola, yogurt and cream, Apple French toast and pumpkin cheesecake in shot glasses. Pretty yummy!! Inez wasn't feeling too well so decided to stay in this morning....Walter and I took a drive on Ray Hill Road ...

    ... to the Parkway. Hwy 70 was very twisty but pretty and the Parkway continued with lots of curves, but the colors were changing and we stopped at a number of "Overlooks" and the views were beautiful....Forest everywhere. Inez wasn't feeling too well so we didn't do any of the hikes. We eventually arrived at the Pisgah Inn where we stopped for lunch...awesome view from the reastaurant ...

Then we drove towards the Asheville airport to go to a quilt show at the local Agridome, Inez and I explored the show while the guys went to check out the RV show at the same location. There were some exquisite quilts and Inez showed me how some of them were made. The guys were impressed with the $900,000 huge ...

    ... stopped the track to check on him.
    The attendant got him awake and drove him off the track. There was a
    doctor on the scene and he helped us out. We called his parents and
    we took him to the emergency room where we waited for three hours. We
    prayed for him and he turned out ok. We ate at Cracker Barrel and
    drove back home. Needless to say we survived and it was a pretty good
    day. ...
