Day 2

A travel blog entry by sherrikruger on May 31, 2015

Good Morning, first day of travels on familiar roads uneventful , which is a good thing. Weather was beautiful, a little road construction between Bemidji and Grand Rapids , and again on the way into Proctor. When we got down off the scenic road there were a lot of single family houses along the edge of the water. This peninsula is so narrow we had to go back through Hancock and Houghton and then travelled west to Ontonagon on Lake Superior. ...

A travel blog entry by superiorcold on Jun 29, 2011

... proved that I hadn't forgotten anything. Whew. It was off to work before meeting up with Meg and catching the 5:30pm from Duluth to Minneapolis to catch our nonstop flight to Amsterdam.

Today at work was like torture. Waiting and waiting for the clock to speed up!! I was headed to Europe and I wanted to go now!! I checked the flights this morning and they still looked good from DLH to MSP. MSP to AMS looked a little iffy, ...
