Gary and I roasted whole chickens with carrots, onions, and potatoes. Elaine and Bill bought tender aged beef steaks and marrow bones.
We went to Napa and visited the Benzinger winery, not to be confused with he much more famous Beringer Winery, not only are they a famous biodynamic and organic winery, they make very good wine and there was a playground for Zach. Zach wasn’t interested though so Chris stayed with Zach and I went and tried some wines.
... back to save for later hehe, we were feeling very decadent and pleased with ourselves! And onwards we went to San Francisco! Unfortunately when we reached the motel it was the complete opposite of decadent and we are certainly not pleased with our choice tonight!
