      ... The other two cooking were also a father - son team, so everything went smoothly.
      Our day started around 8:30 am with preparing the meat for cooking, and completing all the pre-cooking prep work. Had a quick lunch of fish tacos about 12:30 and then started the actual cooking process. Fires hot by 3 PM and the beef was on to cook.
      There was also sausage and chicken skewers ...

      ... this steep incline and it’s pitch black out here. My fingers are getting cold. We haven’t had much service so we’re typing our blogs in a word document to upload later.

      Right now the stars are so bright; so much brighter than even last night! And since we are up on a mountain there is no light pollution like last night so I’m going to try with the pictures again. We’ll see how they turn out. Goodnight everyone. Much love and blessings to you. ...

      ... When asked the reason they said that they had not had enough sleep the last two nights because the raiding raccoons had set off the Barky Dog. The Barky dog could not settle down in the aftermath and scrambled from window to window searching for the masked marauders. They also had full waste tanks and saw no reason to hitch up, travel to the dump site, then set up again when they live less than one hour from here.

      ... We watch the them start the race and throughout the day we changed position around the track to see different parts of the race. Once the race was over we quickly made our way back to our camp to beat the crowd to get back to L.A.
