    ... The other two cooking were also a father - son team, so everything went smoothly.
    Our day started around 8:30 am with preparing the meat for cooking, and completing all the pre-cooking prep work. Had a quick lunch of fish tacos about 12:30 and then started the actual cooking process. Fires hot by 3 PM and the beef was on to cook.

We saw birdies and trees, animal things and creeks and bull elephant seals (I know this cos I picked up a copy of the bull elephant free newspaper from the local bull elephant do gooder).
