Our day started around 8:30 am with preparing the meat for cooking, and completing all the pre-cooking prep work. Had a quick lunch of fish tacos about 12:30 and then started the actual cooking process. Fires hot by 3 PM and the beef was on to cook.

Yesterday we left Newport Beach for Pismo Beach. We made a stop in Santa Monica and then made our way up the coast. Today we scootered to Montana De Oro State Park. We walked the bluffs searching for whales. No whales but we did spot some sea otters. I loved the waves crashing on the rocks. It was beautiful scenery today.
