Very clean, comfortable, but basic motel. If you're looking for the Ritz, look elsewhere. If you want a good room at a good value, this is a good pick!

Wouldn't you know it, it is National Monuments Day and we didn't have to pay 12 Euros to visit...we have been very lucky on this trip (well except for Aegean Air...maybe you all should buy their stock??? Their business model might keep all of Greece a float!)

My choices were Lobster and Scallop Sausage with Root Vegetables and Citrus Sauce as an appetizer, Venison Saddle with Vegetables and Foie Gras Bread Pudding as a main, and Panna Cotta with Grapefruit Sections in Pink Grapefruit Soup for dessert.

It was kind of fru-fru food but very tasty. And even at the reasonable sounding rate of $25 for lunch, ...

  • The way the bus passes work are in New Zealand I am allowed 60 hour of travel on their buses and in Australia I can get on and off as many buses I want as long as it is heading north and on the east coast.
I have never used a bus pass like these so I will keep you posted how they work out.

Jameson had a lot of work with tightening the mast stays, and I got to help with the crowbar too. Finally we were a sailboat again, and we didn’t lose the mast or irreparably damage it (or ourselves…) Success!

I happened to read about the naval tradition of placing coins under a mast when it is stepped ...
