      We went to the post office, sorted our resupply and had Jim drive us back to 266 by 11 am. We had a 9 mile day in mind to take us to Van Dusen rd but we ended up hiking that out by 2:30 and we just weren't ready to be done. Trust like that is in short supply these days and it is truly a humbling experience to see it face to face.       ... can't complain. I got a 3.7 in Sociology and Family Drama, a 3.3 in German, and a 2.0 (which is a C) in Calculus. This semester I have a whopping 19 credits. The classes I am taking are German, Intro to Psychology, New Religious Movements, Reasoning and Logic, Piano, and Jamison Colloqia (which is a current event class). I really like my classes and my professors are pretty awesome thus far!

      In March the west area(Anderson, Grossmont and Fairmont Hall) staff put on the second annual pancake dinner fundraiser. This year it was called "Hotcakes for Hope" because we raised money for Youth Hope. Youth Hope was a not-for-profit organization I volunteered for last year that serves youth who are homeless in Redlands. Last year we rose money for Redlands Family Services and called the event "Flapjacks for Families." I could ...
