This was our shortest travel day yet. Only took a little over an hour to get from Reno to the quaint little town of Gardnerville. Looking forward to 2 days hanging with Harry's Godmom Ginny, her husband Shane, kids Alicia, Max, Sarah, my namesake Tina & Jessie. Today started with a nice ride around Lake Tahoe. The community of Lake Tahoe was really cheering me on. After about 20 miles I had to climb Spooner Summit which was tough but the reward was a long downhill ride into Carson City. I enjoyed an In N Out lunch and then I was able ...
... riding and traveling with us since May 24th. There is one other couple that fell in love on the trip. Not sure what their plans are. Will be riding Bart the Mustang into Virginia City.

... cooks and Richard comes over about 6:30 to eat and do the dishes. Richard really was insistent that I try route 206 and 88 on the way home. He also strongly suggested Law's museum outside of Bishop, and I'm glad he did. We watched Fraiser and Little House on the Prairie and I needed some sleep. I like how Patrick doesn't use the TV much except for a Sirius reciever for 50's music. I'm going to try that at home. It sets up a nice environment for computing.
... II that we watched on TV. People today were talking about the demise of Bin Laden. Changes are happening whether we want them to or not. The important thing to to make your stand softly so you can move with the wind of change. It is important to be kind and aware of what others need. If you have teeth, it is important to share wide smiles.
