... looked a little tired but we needed somewhere to sleep. So off we go - arrived at The Crown Inn - did I say it looked a little tired? Should have realised how bad it was going to be when the sign out the front obviously hadn't been fixed for a hundred years! Looked heaps worse in real life! ... I strolled over to Beale Street. This is the main street where all the Memphis Blues are played. They had it closed off to traffic and people were strolling from one jam to another. ... cool thing is the model's running water (representing the flowing river's water) allowed us to walk in it to cool down as we explored every curve representing the Mississippi River.
