    ... apartment buildings. Each and every one has a boat dock in front. Each and every dock has a boat and often several. What is the most amazing part is there are sailboats that have either shortened their masts in order to be able to pass under the bridge or have the ability to lower the mast just enough to pass under it. That's one serious commitment to sailing.
