Beautiful Mediterranean looking motel with a well equipped kitchen and close to the bay. The managers were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We even got free wifi (500mb) although it didn't work on our last night.

Äntligen framme i Nya Zeeland!

... the rest of the way down to the lighthouse. The view. I will never forget the view. The sea, as blue as lapis lazuli, broke into whitewashed waves and rippled across the vast expanse of sea. The beach down there was pretty amazing too, though I didn't know how to get down there. Of course, you could just take one step the wrong way and fly off the edge of the cliff, plunging down to the beach to meet your horrifying but sandy ...

... and on narnia. Gorgeous sea but very song currents and waves. Swam out to a rock to jump off but didn't dare take my gopro as I had forgot my leash. Got loads of good pictures and footage on my camera from the shore though. Later in the evening we went to hot water beach to dig pools to sit in at low tide. Due to volcanic activity in a certain area of the beach if you dig into the sand it releases boiling hot water... And I mean boiling!!! Although the sea was ...

... impress me since I lived in such a beautiful amazing place for so long. This place really blew my mind! The water was beautiful glass and dotted with various sized islands. I skipped out on the optional tours and did my own tour based on some trip advisor surfing. I took a water taxi over the largest of the islands, Urupukapuka. The weather was outstanding. The boat ride was absolutely beautiful. All kinds of ...

... what we could see through the fence anyway. I had gone ahead of Mattijs and was looking at the little trinkets in the gift shop. It was around £5 entry and I was quite happy to pay it. Mattijs then arrived and looked around for about a millisecond. Then looked at the price. ‘Would you like to buy a ticket?’ a kind, elderly looking gentleman asked from behind the counter. ‘Naaaaaah’ Mattijs replied and then wandered out again. Awkward much?! I could ...
