When I came out to meet my family, I was greeted by shouts of 'Meghann!!' and welcome signs! On the way back to the house, we took a tour around Long Beach to see where Papa Larry grew up, and heard many funny stories to go with it. We stopped by In-and-Out Burger to get some food, and then made it home.
All in all it was a very good journey out, and as I have now been up for 22 and a half hours straight, I will be signing off!
... at a local Bel Air Sushi hot spot. As we had already eaten just a couple hours before, we only had liquids!!!! It was a later night than we had expected and we still have to pack as we are sadly leaving tomorrow. All packed and off to bed.
Our check-out is not until mid-day, so as we had packed the night before we manage a few hours at the pool before leaving. Maxinne is going to pick us up at 12.00 and take us to the hire car offices in ...
Today looked like it was going to be a long day. When i
got up at 7.30am, everyone was still asleep, i had breakfast, got
ready for the day, used the wifi, then left the hostel. I walked
along Hollywood blvd, which at the early time of the morning was
empty, but a lot of the shops were still closed. I also took pictures
of the stars, then went to the Starlines tour agency, checked in,
went to the coach.
