After organising ourselves we drove up to the more rugged Cape Cod National Seashore which is a beautiful 26 mile drive. The entire area has not succumbed to over development and so it has retained a lazy, sandy and rugged charm....I can see why JFK loved the area.

... It's quite pleasant being only a mile or two from everything you might need while still basking in the quiet and wide open spaces that a non-urban environment provides.
Tomorrow morning, we're going to try to restore this place to the arrangement and condition we found it in, and ship out by 10am. It's been a relaxing and restorative family vacation overall - thanks to nagymama & nagypapa, the planners and masterminds! And here's to many more!
