Wake up and after the shower, dress on different layers of clothes, we do not want to be so cold as yesterday, today we are sailing to Alcatraz...Luckily, the motel has complimentary coffee for guests, so we fill a big cup and start walking down to Pier 33, but as we have plenty of time, we can have a walk through the docks at Fisherman's Wharf, …

We did not want to drive in SF, but today we feel really tired, and our planned visits are quite far, so we'll drive. Day 10 - Exploring San Francisco
Today Blake, Megs & I headed out to explore San Fran on the hop on hop off bus. The 1st adventure was finding the bus stop! Once safely on board the 1st stop was Alamo Square & the Painted Ladies...the park is pretty neat & would be a good spot in summer. On the way we drove down Haight St & we will probably spend some time there over the next few evenings :) ...
Golden Gate Bridge and Sausalito
... Bakery and Cafe. Ash had another classic Reuben and I had a chicken pesto roll. The roll was amazing, and huge as always! Ash ordered a medium latte which was in a cup as wide as his hand! The serving sizes for food and drink here have been huge! Ash isn't complaining though! To get back to the city, the ferry back to the Ferry Wharf building left at 3.20.
