    ... expresso that was badly needed with no sleep. Walking back to the hotel we were still in disbelief of how close we are to the tower and that tomorrow night we can walk 1 block down to watch the fireworks without the crazy crowd.     ... too. I would prefer a more upscale “gourmet” Thai restaurant that concentrates more on flavor and less on volume. Does anyone have a “favorite” to recommend?

    ... subway was fine, but getting all 9 of us, plus our luggage, onto a bus that was already full, was a mission.
