      Not so much geographically, today was actually a pretty mild day in terms of hills, but hill country is more than geography. It's a mentality. Two examples from today.

      A) Rob and I walked into a roadside diner just before it opened for lunch around noon. Two gentlemen sitting at the bar, one behind the bar. While the place was completely dark, these three were chatting as if it were last call, and warmly invited us in. They had no food yet, thus no reason ...

      ... an eye and also he was tore open to his skull! This dog is a crazy survivor. Along with that they had their cat with them that would go on hikes with them off a leash and stay close. So crazy.

      ... point I had been in the saddle for nearly 7 hours and still had 15 miles to go to Libby. It was 1pm back in Sandpoint but 2pm in Montana, because I had passed over the time zone.
