    We left Sherman early this morning since today is going to be another long day, but even though we left about nine, when you stop two to three times before 1030, it doesn't make a lot of difference. First we HAD to stop at Walmart! While there, we gassed up and picked up a few supplies, then as we drove out of Texas, we stopped at the Texas Welcome Center and picked up some information of places we might like to visit. ...

    ... gas has no ethanol in it. The winds are fierce, coming from the west, which is not helping our gas mileage. At least the wind is eliminating all bug problems.

    We crossed over into Nebraska and turned west along Highway 2, through the Sandhills region. Very scenic and not boring at all. Found a beautiful little State Park, Victoria Springs, about 6 miles off the highway. ..a couple of dozen grassy ...

    So here we are sitting at the Walmart getting ready to have one of our favorite fast meals (hamburger helper), yum yum......anyway we got the camper back today and I do believe they fixed it, they replaced the temp. sensor (said it was reading 30 degrees off)...so I guess we will see.
