The town itself was just really beautiful and a cute little hippy town. ...

... old woman wiped out a bag of green cookies to sell. All in all it was an average tour but look we had the Craic and sure that's grand. Had a few hostel sessions here with some nice guys from Sweden and a fairly weird German guy but a good night was had in cheeky monkeys for the full moon night. Basically it's a normal night out with fluorescence paint, just wish I remembered from Thailand what a ***** that **** is to get off! Low point of byron and the only bad part ...

... he climbed that far up a tree we had to climb up to retrieve him. Yet he still can't peck his own food. Bird enjoys cherries, bread, and bacon, and generally anything we eat. He gets a lot of interest from folk. His biggest flight was from the hammock straight into a group of four boys who were just trying to set their tent up next to us. You can imagine their surprise. More photos to follow! Maybe bird should have his own blog?! ...
