I have heard many people say that Perth is a beautiful city and I have wondered how any city can be beautiful. I don't remember it from when I was 14 but today I understand why people give this place the thumbs up. If you have to live in a city this one is geared for people. ... Train Station and then a train to the city of Perth. I love how the train line is located in the middle of the Mitchell Freeway...very efficient! ... hour. It was just after 5pm when we headed into the CBD for the Winter Supper Club, it's an event held in the Perth Town Hall undercroft and foyer on the last Friday of every winter month. It is a classic food market with stalls selling native Australian bush tucker, French Crepes, Spanish Paella and Churros and so on. It was a lovely little market and very busy too. There was also some live entertainment, a singer by ...

... bus that leaves in 5 minutes and doesn't come for another hour after that. I've gotta give in and pay for a taxi to the airport but first I have to find one. I walk to the train station getting sopping wet and fortunately was able to get a taxi from there. Then I get to the airport and my plane is late. Maybe I should've stayed in Perth a little longer- too many things trying to prevent me from leaving!!
