... up the bank and drive to a fishing shop and the guy tells us we were fishing on Indian land and our Arizona fishing permit doesn't count you need an Indian permit - we were lucky not to be ticketed apparently. He says a couple of miles past the casino it's ok to fish so we buy some equipment from him and drive what we think is a couple of miles but as we pull in to a nice spot there's a sign saying no fishing without Indian permit. So we go on further but then it gets ...

Upon our return to the campsite, we found our flagpole had broken in the wind and my "5-o'clock somewhere" flag had flown away across the desert...I actually spotted it way out there and when I retrieved the flag I also found our Kokapeli RV mat beside it, that had also blown away unbeknownst to us!! Oh, and Roy's beer koozey, too! ...

Day 221 -(12/6) Back to town to see what, if anything, that we could have possibly missed.
