... than normal for the time of year. Getting sun-withdrawal symptoms and wanting to warm up a bit, we continued west having to miss out on our stop in Mississippi. A shame, because reputedly Meridian has the best ice cream in the land (and we all know which crew member loves ice cream)! ... by 2 shots, but struggled in the back 9 holes to lose by a few. The weather in Fort Worth is really warm, into the late 20s and lots of sunshine. We spent our last day in Texas in the city of Dallas, the place we started our adventure was the place we were going to end it.
