We'd thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kanab but it was now time to take our leave. The morning dawned bright, a little chilly, but the rain clouds had cleared. Karen and Wayne were also leaving so we shared a ride out to the Airport arranged by the Lodge, and prepared and refuelled our respective 'planes. When we got back to the campground, I went in the office to reserve our spot for next year. We will have our same site from July 17-July 23. We definitely plan to rent a side by side again when
we come. Tomorrow we are off to Albuquerque..not looking forward to the 90's temperatures!!! We will be there for 2 nights.
... passes. But due to the weather and my never ending job as a mother, I'm thinking this year I might only complete the Quarter Horse which is 25 miles. Guess we'll see...
