Bring it on honeymoon trip - we are ready for anything...I married an Eagle Scout for a ...

We tried to make a pit stop to find an old abandoned insane asylum but it wasn't there when we got there.. we did get a little lost and drove by this really cool mural instead though. The weather was a little rainy but it gave way to a nice ...

We left Highlands Wednesday morning in a rain storm and stayed in a rain storm most of the day. We found out later our hometown fireworks scheduled for the 4th of July were cancelled due to heavy rains. The southeast mountains have lived up to their rain forest reputation this year. Our trip took us east on I-40 and then north on I-77 all the way to Charleston WV. All 450 miles of the trip were uneventful and not particularly scenic. It did stop ...
