... at $7. Just crossed the state line and we are now in Deleware. Wow another good coffee at High's gas station store. Woot toot. We just crossed the NJ state line and surprise another toll of $27.75. We just crossed the New Jersey state line and yet another toll. $1.50 toll, $6.00 toll, $8.25 toll, $5.25 toll, another toll $10. Oh my $98.35 in toll charges today. ... it but my door won't open cause the coach is too wide. Jim goes through pulls over and I run back to get it. By this time there is no ticket!! To hell with it. Finally get to our exit, tell them we don't have the ticket so we have to pay the highest price which is 28.45. ... Coffee-Food-Snacks" almost got us too! We begged off for later, he gave us his card and told us he was open 24 hours a day...waiting for us!!!
Those Greeks, always on the lookout for more business....
We spent the rest of the evening admiring the view from our balcony, taking beautiful picture after beautiful picture.
Good night, tomorrow the Acropolis and on to our awaiting ship, the Seabourn Sojourn.

Probably a few years before CIA meant Central Intelligence Agency it meant Culinary Institute of America. When I was a kid we had family on my father's side who lived in the Hudson Valley not too far from Hyde Park. I began liking to cook already at a pretty young age and was fascinated by the big building we passed on Route 9 north of Poughkeepsie that I was told was a college for chefs.
