We walked up the hill took pictures of the amazing scenery and then got back in the car. Today is our longest planned journey of around 8 hours not including stops. We hit the road at 8am (our earliest start yet), after breaking camp and loading up the Sequoia. It really helped that we pre-packed a lot last night, so we only had to deal with the tents and sleeping bags. First up on the agenda was to drive to West Yellowstone for breakfast. Having said that, Missoula is only 240 miles from Big Sky so I definitely took the scenic route (or call it on of my dads infamous shortcuts!) for the past 2 days
Tomorrow I will take the scenic route to Coeur D'Alene.
