Unsere heutige Weiterfahrt ging Richtung Edmundston. Unterwegs konnten wir einen wunderbaren Herbsttag geniessen. Die Sonne scheint und die Blätter fallen immer weiter.

Unterwegs haben wir in Hartland die längste überdachte Holzbrücke der Welt (390,75 Meter) angeschaut.

Einen weiteren Stopp legten wir in Grand ...

... wir nach der Besichtigung wieder beim Camper ankamen, steckte auch schon die Visitenkarte von den beiden an der Fensterscheibe mit dem Vermerk 'wenn ihr mal in Kalifornien seit, dann ruft uns an'. Machen wir doch gerne!

Weiter ging es Richtung Fredericton, der Hauptstadt von New Brunswick. Das war wirklich hübsch, der kurze Rundgang hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt.

Tuesday, September 1st is almost over, as we sit in our cottage writing our last travel blog from St. Andrews, Canada. Tomorrow we will travel back to the US eventually ending our drive in Bar Harbor, Maine.

Back at the cottage, we watched the beautiful sunset and the sea coming back to the shore. It was getting rather windy and cold, so we went inside to play some cards before turning in for the night.
Well it was another action packed day for us, and we will retire early to get an early start for our big day on the sea to catch some glimpses of some giant whales.

I spent some time rearranging things and did a general cleanup and swept out the van.
