Well this overnight bus was better. It was probably as good as overnight buses can be. I was able to lie down this time and got quite a bit of sleep. The next stop was at Surfers' Paradise, which was very built up with lots of sky scrapers and high rise buildings (mostly hotels and holiday apartments) - a lot more concrete than we were expecting!
