Picton ist hauptsächlich bekannt als der Fährhafen der Südinsel, in dem die Fähren nach Wellington auf der Nordinsel abfahren (und auch wieder ankommen). Am nächsten Morgen ziehen wir also mit unseren Siebensachen ins kleinere Zimmer um, ist ja auch nicht schlimm. Immerhin hatten wir so eine Nacht im großen Zimmer. Well we have had a lovely few days in Picton. The weather has been lovely and the surroundings are absolutely spectacular.
