George & Lisa who run the place made us feel very welcome. The price was great for the area on a Friday night. Clean simple charming rooms. Pretty good continental breakfast also.

... we were set up, it was time for dinner. We decided to serve everything in a wrap so we could avoid using plates nom nom. We also got through a fair amount of beers haha. In the morning we continued with the same theme of cooking everything and loading it into a wrap, and had enough food that we could prepare two breakfast burritos to eat later for lunch.

It was a 10 miles of single lane seriously windy roads, just perfect for Dave at the wheel of the Miata. He had a blast. We wound our way back down to Duncan Mills and stopped for dinner at the Blue Heron. The food was fine, and they had live music on a Tuesday night. Sadly, it was not good live music, he played 3 chords, sang out of tune and had **** time, but it gives me hope that ...

I also explored the bluff more than I did before, and even took a trail down to a secluded beach which I had never done along this hike before. The tide was high so I couldn't really stay at the beach since the water was coming up close to the bluff. But I vowed I would ...

Got a beautiful hotel room with incredible views and a nice pool.

Ended the day with a great sunset and soak in the hot tub. We were feeling our oats.

Thank you for making us feel like we are doing something somebody else is interested in. We are having a blast! It's truly, as sister Sue said, "an adventure of a lifetime."
