It so happens another girl was up there wanting to get her nose pierced so we asked all the necessary questions but I was still unsure so she went first. I watched as she got it done and she barely blinked an eyelid so I just bit the bullet and ...

... lots of turn offs and vista points) and let the cars pass and carried on. We made many stops along the way and our speed averaged between 20 -50 mph for the duration of the trip that got us to Morro Bay about 5:45. Our longest stop was at Nepenthe, a beautiful vantage point/restaurant/gift shop atop a cliff looking out over the Pacific. I had read that it was a "must" stop and others must have read the same as there were lots of people here. Luckily there was ...

... showed us the location on a map. This is when I realised our next problem.....this didn't look like the suite we had booked. It was too late to question and he was only a porter. We went to our room which confirmed it was wrong as it was a small room with two queen beds, and NO sofa!! So it was the floor for me that night. 2am, we were all knackered and without much to say we all tried to get some sleep. I would see the hotel in the morning about our ...
