Starting the day by getting up at 3:30am. This may be normal for Mary but this is way too early for this old guy. Flight is on time so far to Dallas. Meeting the Z's in Dallas. They too had a really early morning. I thought vacations were set up to allow one to catch up on sleep. Well doesn't matter since we are on our way to ...

Today was a wonderful relaxing day on the beach which capped off the seaside part of the holiday. We were up in good time and went for a walk around the shops that backed on to the beach. ... sense of humour, but frankly this wasn't the right time or place for such comments. The lighthouse itself was really cool, the first built in the USA. There was 382 steps to the top and back again. We went up with a family which included an 82 year old man - if he can do it, we can! We left the camp and made our way to the beach and our hotel mid afternoon. The hotel is virtually on the beach! Our room has a balcony with a view of the sea and the beach! ...
