Both still stand today, a fascinating insight into the conditions that the earlier settlers lived in. We then finished the day with a visit to the Coonawarra Wineries, Australia's Red Wine Centre and on the way back, we experience two wild emus run across the road in front of ...

We left Coffin Bay, passed through Fountain and other coastal scenic views on our way to Port Lincoln. The weather has turned quite bad, with heavy rain and wind. We arrived at Little Blue Lake at 2:30pm and set up our camp spot, where we had the whole spot to our selves.Little Blue lake was once a cave. ... since its right in town.
We then travelled to the Blue Lake and what an amazing place, the water is really blue even on an overcast day! It was also very cold too! Saw a couple of the other lakes around the place. We also checked out Hell's Hole which was quite a way out of town, but then we decided to also take a lovely scenic through to Port McDonald and drove along the coastline. Such a beautiful coastline and lots of surfers around.
