    [ Friday 27th March.
    Well after a terrible 2 nights at Cape Banks we gave up & headed back towards Mount Gambier & on to Penola the birth place of Australia's only Catholic Saint Sr Mary McKillop. Onthe way we have stopped overnight approx 18kms south of Penola.

We drove down to Port MacDonnell and then followed the coast to Carpenter Rocks and Cape Bancks..reading all about the wreck of The Ardmella.
