We popped over to the USA for the afternoon. A surprisingly painless experience really - 50cents, show passports, give fingerprints, $6 for visa waiver, and you're in. The US side of the Falls is a State Park so is much more natural that the Canadian side, which was a nice change. Back on the road today (Wednesday) we head to Cooperstown and the Baseball Hall of Fame. It's cloudy and cooler today, but if the rain holds off, that's fine. In daylight, seeing the cars, trucks, the multi lane highway (5 lanes with merges and multiple exits), with fly overs and passes, going this way and that..I wished it was night again! When you can't see, there are less ...

... wearing the fetching blue ponchos.

We then headed over the bridge and border and entered Canada formally, where we had a lovely buffet lunch at the Sheraton, overlooking all of the falls. Talk about a spectacular place for lunch!

After lunch our tour guide took us on a walk through beautiful gardens to more gorgeous viewing points from the Canadian side of the falls. We all agreed that the Canadians had the best vantage points!
