We popped over to the USA for the afternoon. A surprisingly painless experience really - 50cents, show passports, give fingerprints, $6 for visa waiver, and you're in. The US side of the Falls is a State Park so is much more natural that the Canadian side, which was a nice change. We then headed over the bridge and border and entered Canada formally, where we had a lovely buffet lunch at the Sheraton, overlooking all of the falls. Talk about a spectacular place for lunch!
After lunch our tour guide took us on a walk through beautiful gardens to more gorgeous viewing points from the Canadian side of the falls. We all agreed that the Canadians had the best vantage points!
