... It's not run as a business and is more of a hobby for the owners who also work outside of the farm. Helen is a Bowen Therapist and Graham runs a Tyre business as well as managing a Truck logistics company. You can tell they don't spend as much time running the farm as they should. ... the caravan park certainly confirmed the army were in town. From Kissing Point we did a drive thru the CBD checking out the beautiful old buildings, many now used as offices for Government Depts.

We were staying at the Rowes Bay caravan park which is directly opposite the bike path that leads you to “The Strand”, which is just another fancy name for the Townsville foreshore ...

... Our last stop was to buy tickets for the Cowboys and Roosters football game on Saturday night, so we popped into the Cowboys Leagues Club and David and I became temporary Cowboys members for a month, if only we stayed for the members draw for $13500, it could have been a great night.
