We were all up early on Monday morning, intending to get an early start out of Memphis headed for our overnight stop in Crossville, TN. Jane "Hit the Wall" during our trip from Michigan to Tennessee to spend the night with her sister and brother in law. Too much seat time, not enough moving. Be good to get back to NC and get on with our building and my golf and joining the club. Good to see Stan and Nina. His shoulder still not recovered. Going to start weight training soon, but still awake all night with pain.
