... then you get never ending fields and fields of beautifully green farmland. We are continually stunned by not only the huge expanses of land but how that land changes from farmland to rainforest, rainforest to beach and beach to jagged edged costal cliffs. I've posted the overall results on facebook, but coming 53rd out of around 350 people, and 4th from 19 in my age group, were added bonuses and left me very impressed. Of ...

... were we had a very personal explanation on the whole process as we were the only ones there. Then back to the van for a chill before heading to our sunset cruise. Got down to the foreshore to board the boat to find that about 15 screaming kids were boarding the boat so we pulled the pin on that one and settled for sundowners at one of the local pubs on the foreshore. Then wandered around town looking for a place for dinner and end up at Hogs Breath Cafe for ribs. ...

... had consumed enough wine, so I shared a taxi with Mawny's new missus back to the accommodation around 9pm. I got home, and Paddy was asleep on mum's chest - he'd been screaming the house down for several hours prior, so had exhausted himself. Poor mum!!!! Josh stayed at the reception, and came home a few hours later. On the road again tomorrow - this time to Noosa to see Josh's ...
