    Today we left Ruidoso and headed north to spend a few weeks in Colorado. We drove about 5 hours to Lathrop State Park, outside Walsenburg, Colorado. We've been here several times and like it enough to keep coming back. It's pretty hot, compared to Ruidoso--90ish around 3:00 when we got here, but by 6:00, it was really nice out. We're only here for one night and will be moving on ...
