A stop at a roadside stop just after Byron Bay for lunch then arrived in Burleigh Heads by 14:00hrs. We checked in and went to our site. The park has narrow one way roads and were were right down the back. We checked out the site. Oh dear, we won't fit on there. So back to reception and negotiate a new site. This time we were OK to just drive through as no one was on the site behind us.

The rest of the week we pretty much just spent it by the pool, where it had a sharks mouth and you swim to it and go under and its a cave where you can sit in it.. i made it to there once because it was so darn cold in that pool. we spent most of our time in the indoor pool and the pool where the pirate ship was with the water slide. We also went out for dinner everynight which killed me since I didn't go ...
... As we relaxed in our apartment, Sam snoozing away, we decided to adventure on the town that evening. It was amazing! By the beach, there were a lot of little market huts, selling all different types of products, from personalised hats, to candles, to even kangaroo beef jerky!! I didn't buy anything though, as it was far to expensive (over here 1.5 Australian dollars is the same as £1 for the UK). The morning after we headed to a new waterpark, called Wet And Wild! ...
