Thanks American Airlines! The lady at the gate did her best to get us back together. ... With everything back in order, Joe took to checking our reservations weekly just to make sure everything was OK.
In July, a routine reservation check discovered that Joe’s reservation was back on hold status. WTF? So, more calls and more hours spent with his One World alliance buddies ultimately got Joe’s reservation back to ticketed status and it thankfully remains that way today. Whew!
