          The shrimp were a little challenging in that they came head on, with feelers eyes and everything, but a friendly young staff person showed me how to cut off the head and the tail and then peel away the shell. And they were yummy.

          Another good end to another good day.

          Tomorrow, the adventure part really starts ... heading into Arizona.
