I'm not sure what the M58 stands for, but the food comes from Farm 58, a ministry related (half-way house sort of thing I think), sustainable farming place where they grow the food. Take the tram or hike to the top. A train circle the mountain which is mostly surrounded by man-made lakes with opportunity for boating. In addition to grassy areas and walking trails, the park offers a museum for indoor respite.
