She said she saw them arrive and and knew they were rowdy but she said the police had been for another 'incident' so Peter said well call them back again, don't know if she did but after a long time and another call to her things eventually quieten down.     ... go, right? Well, the New Mexico Bottomless Lake State Park is just outside Roswell. Bottomless, because the cowboys that drove herds up the Goodnight Loving Trail watered their cattle here, and those resourceful cowboys tried to figure out how deep the lakes (really sink holes) were by tying all their lariats together, tying on a stone and tossing the whole shebang in the drink.
