... museum when it was so revered by the Native Americans. It didn't mention that on the plaque. There was also a load of dinosaur skeletons, too many to mention and I got a load of photographs for Euan. We ended the museum tour with a short presentation inside the planetarium. It explained the Big Bang and how galaxies were formed, and went into detail about Dark Matter. To be honest I zoned out and got lost in all the information and at one point nearly fell ...

... need to eat up some miles, but the views were still good.

We decided to visit Pittsburgh for a late lunch, and were persuaded by an enthusiastic waitress to try a Greek Restaurant. The food had mixed, if not widely-divergent, reviews. The route to the restrooms led right through the kitchen, and Mandy wished she had eaten first like the rest of us. Ah well, you can't win them all.

The Butler Institute of Art featured lots super colorful abstract stuff, plus American Impressionists and portrait artists. My favorite piece was all purple and based on Romulus and Remus (Rome's foundation myth) and I took a video of it (accidentally erased) and there's no image available online. ... or someone else really did watch over us I am sure of it. I planned the ride home coming northern route (80) for several reasons. One being that we hadn't been through Nebraska or Iowa on the bike but also to stay away from the southern routes. What a fun town! We're in the heart of Amish country and as proven during our first tour of Ohio a few months ago, the Amish LOVE circus. A good 85% of our audiences both days were Amish and they showed up early to see our animals, talk with our animal trainers, and line up to get good seats.
