... Beach. I had a go climbing a rope on Muscle Beach where Arnie apparently used to go and was surprised that I can still do it.
Once we reached Venice the atmosphere was a bit more bohemian and the vibe decent, but we soon head inland to some road that was supposed to be good with independent shops etc. It wasnt good and we wish we hadn't bothered as Venice Beach was much more interesting. Oh well.

... another colder than average, very snowy winter. There were several snowfalls over 1 foot before I left. My yard was buried in snow. I had a path shoveled out to the driveway and you could see how deep the snow was ... and that had already settled a bit.
