Beyond all the homework and things to do for the next week, I decided to go travel to LAX during the weekend with great friends; Welling, Anthony, and Jun. I felt sorry that I am not allowed to drive a car due to the absence of the international license. Consequently, it would be better for all of us to let Jun and Wellington lead us to LAX so that we can rent a car at a lower price ! On the first day of ...
Our 5 hour and 15 minute flight from JFK to LAX landed around 7:30 in the evening. We had one hour to eat, brush our teeth and say our final goodbyes to family. Getting there and then nose to tail for at least an hour completes that one and so we go slightly further along the coast ...
... terminal. From here all was easy and we just had 4 hours to kill. This was achieved with having dinner on our remaining food of apples, muesli bars & pastries; changing our clothes & working on laptops & cameras. I love how they have power points between the chairs in the lounges (& that I remembered to include the American plug with the laptop).
The flight leaves at 10:10 pm so we are hoping for some sleep on board.
