    ... she's been all her life. So it's a condition to deal with, but it doesn't change who she is or what she's worth. Anyone who tells her differently is lying.

    Stephanie's tears dried up, and thanked us for talking with her. She had to get to class so she wouldn't be too late, so we let her go.
