... think it weird but for us though, this is fun! We also ventured along the Botanical Trail. Apparently there are something in the order of 150 plants native to the area, 27 of which have identifiers along the trail. It didn't really mean much to us today since not too much was flowering at the higher elevations, and we didn't have the legend to the numbering system. ... from the beach with a balcony overlooking it. She was away travelling so we had her place to ourselves. We had some relaxing days amongst some big highlight outings including Disneyland and a baseball game.
Whilst in Carlsbad we kicked-back, sipped margaritas, played cards, relaxed by the beach, and enjoying some home-cooked meals. We were blessed with perfect week of weather, everyday was sunny and 25deg and the nights were mild.
