... lane that followed the Boulder River, and had no passes...we chose the scenic route, along the river. So we went 34 miles versus about 64 miles...and no big hill climbs. Our temperature is sitting between 165F and 175F...not great, but we can't avoid these huge mountain passes. They are pretty spectacular! Once we rejoined the I 15 after Boulder Hot Springs, we hit pass after pass and the highest temperature was 180F ....so it was pretty tense at times, wondering if ...

We arrived here on Monday afternoon, and on Monday evening we met up with Clark and Pam Fletcher (Clark worked for Greg back in the Coal Creek days, and we met his folks when we came through Broadus a few years back! We had a lovely dinner at Montana Brewing Co. in downtown Billings, and then Pam and Clark came back to see our place. It was a fun night!
