        ... achievements was to set aside a 40 mile long seashore preservation zone up the eastern side of the Cape as far as Provincetown which is almost at the tip.This provides general access to unspoiled beaches, dunes, and salt marshes.         ... rain, which gave us another flavor of the magic places, we read about when JFK was our 35th president.

        Observation: Living out west all our lives, we had no inkling of the places we studied in Bud Murray’s American History class! What a blessing to be able to experience them now! We are driving up the Cape today, headed to Nantucket tomorrow and I can’t wait for Plymouth Rock on Wednesday!
