... standby and so thankful for this adventure thanks to Linda Warren, we are doing fine. Right now sitting at LAX waiting to see if we get on the 9:55 flight. It's very possible that we will be on a flight to MEL on Friday night and will spend 2 nights here in LA. Actually we are pretty tired so it doesn't sound like a terrible idea Not too shabby to have to spen a couple of days in LA.

... yelling so loud that Dad recorded the decibel reading at 105! And surprisingly, of the 68,000 people that attended the game at least 30,000 fans were supporting Denver (I reckon, based on the sea of orange - their team colour - in the crowd). However with two critical turnovers in the last quarter by San Diego, Denver held on to win a fun game 22-10. Pleasantly, there were no hiccups on the drive home allowing us to enjoy an early evening before leaving for San Francisco tomorrow ...
... flocking to this Halloween event, so traffic was pretty hectic and we were pretty tight on time as had to head back to the airport for our next flight. So it was a fly in visit to City Walk by the time we parked and we were pretty hungry. So once we arrived to City Walk we were greeted by a street of bright lights, massive logos gleaming at you. Huge statues of famous Universal characters guided us through. We then headed to Tommy’s Original World Famous Hamburgers to grab ...
... are full to bursting even with the extenders open!! May have slightly over purchased but in my defence most of them are presents!!! So finally managed to get them zipped up and opened the room door to find they had pulled up all the carpet outside the room, exactly 10 minutes before checkout time, when most Poole are actually checking out!! Fools! Got a cab to "Hollywood" and $85 later we end up on El Segonda (right near LAX) where the hotel ...
... has more permanent structures - very iconic and interesting. Adjacent to the markets was the Grove open-air shopping centre - lovely central fountain going in time to music, shady trees and some exclusive shops - very nice.
From here we drove through Beverley Hills - they say you can't be born or die here as there are ...
