... The next thing we knew, a clunker truck pulled up beside us with a muffler vibrating so loudly that it was shaking the baby house. Not five other cars were in this entire parking lot and this Hill William had to pull up by us. I tried to ignore the whoom, whoom, whoom. Bud uttered curse words and got up to glare out the window at this ignoramus. After 20 minutes or so, the vibrations stopped and he must have ...

After an early Mexican themed lunch we did training for our ...

Our first full day & I take them across state lines into Tennessee - straight to Jack Daniels Distillery!! There must've been a corvette convention in town as there were at least 20 in the parking lot! We felt the bittersweet taste of having a dream ripped out from under us! They were having a sampling tour for only $10 per person, but alas we couldn't sample as our little cherub was under 21. Sigh. So we took the free non-sampling tour ...

Something is Fishy at Logan Lake!!

Who likes to fish? We certainly enjoyed fishing with my sister, Dena and brother-in-law John. Of course riding on the pontoon was not complete without Smokey (their dog). The weather was still a bit hot for the big fish but we caught a lot of fun size bass that wanted to fight their way off your hook. Not only did we fish but Galen and John was very busy building some wooden fences to add to the enjoyment of their lake house. We ventured off one night to dance hall, Briar ...
