... a swim on the beach? Or even grab a protein shake from almost every food shop on the Venice strip?! I hit my one last favourite excersize! Shrugs. 340lb shrugs - I think that may even be a personal best? I don't know what that is in kilos? My protein fix straight after the workout, was the obvious choice. Oreo cookie shake and a chilli dog. I devoured the chilli dog in 5 seconds. Gotta do it for the gains Wouldn't be my protein choice back home, ...

I eventually made my first trip to to Oahu in 2005 and it was everything I hoped it would be and more. For this most recent trip, since I’d been to the other main islands, I decided it was time to spend some time on the Big Island. The problem with planning a trip to the Big Island is that it is so big, that ...

... up waiting for only about 10-15 minutes all day. The most difficult decision we have to make is about how to plan our day around the bits we absolutely have to see and the timing of various shows.

We see the Shrek 4D show (I'm amazed that Paul has seen NONE of the Shrek movies- serious deficiency in his education right there!), but we both really love the experience. The special effects are very good. Next-up is the Studio tour which is really the whole reason I have wanted ...
